Terms & Conditions – Neon7 Holidays

Welcome to Neon7 Holidays! By using our website, booking our services, or engaging with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Booking & Payments
  • A minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm any booking.
  • Full payment must be made at least 14 days before departure.
  • Prices are subject to availability and can change until the full payment is received.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Credit/Debit cards, and UPI,
  • Late payments may result in booking cancellations without refund.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellation charges depends on the Terms and Conditions of the Supplier.
  • Flight, hotel, and activity cancellations are subject to supplier-specific policies.

Supplier-Initiated Cancellations

  • If a hotel, airline, or activity provider cancels, we will assist in getting refunds or alternatives but are not responsible for third-party policies.
  • Refunds may take 7-21 business days to process, depending on suppliers.

No Refunds for:

  • Missed flights, late arrivals, or unused services.
  • Weather-related disruptions or force majeure events.
  • Failure to provide valid travel documents.
3. Travel Documents & Client Responsibilities
  • Travelers must have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), visa, and necessary permits.
  • We assist with visa applications, but approval is solely at the discretion of the issuing authority.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check and comply with COVID-19, vaccination, and other entry requirements.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen events.
4. Changes & Modifications
  • Any modifications after booking are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Flight reschedules, hotel changes, or upgrades may incur extra costs, as per airline/hotel policies.
  • If the traveler shortens or modifies the trip voluntarily, no refunds will be provided.
5. Liability & Travel Risks

Neon7 Holidays acts as an intermediary between clients and airlines, hotels, transport, and activity providers. We are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines.
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Natural disasters, political disruptions, or any force majeure events.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
6. Special Requests & Complaints
  • Special requests (room preferences, dietary needs, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Complaints should be reported during the trip for resolution. Post-trip complaints must be submitted within 7 days of return.
7. Intellectual Property & Website Usage
  • All content, images, and branding on www.Neon7Holidays.com are the property of Neon7 Holidays.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of website content is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Customer information is protected under our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent.
  • We may use your contact details for future promotions, which you can opt out of anytime.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Madhya Pradesh Court
10. Additional Terms & Conditions for Hotels, Flights, and Visa Services

Hotels

  • Hotel check-in/check-out times are subject to the respective hotel’s policies.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
  • Any damages to hotel property caused by the traveler will be the responsibility of the traveler and must be settled directly with the hotel.
  • Hotel star ratings and amenities are based on information provided by the hotel and are subject to change.
  • Hotels may ask for a security deposit, which you have to pay directly.
  • Room allotment (twin bed, double bed, ground floor, adjacent rooms, etc.) is at the hotel’s discretion and beyond our control. We do not guarantee room types, bed types, or adjacent rooms.
  • If you do not like the hotel upon arrival, we will be unable to change it since all bookings are prepaid. If you choose to book another hotel, the reservation will be subject to availability and at an extra cost. The earlier paid amount will be non-refundable.
  • The quality & taste of food & beverages served at the hotel (during breakfast & meals) is beyond our control. It is understood that you have checked reviews before booking.
  • The behavior of hotel staff is beyond our responsibility.

Flights

  • Flight tickets are subject to airline policies and fare rules.
  • Changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of flights are subject to airline-imposed fees.
  • Neon7 Holidays is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.
  • Passengers must adhere to airline baggage policies, and any excess baggage charges must be borne by the traveler.

Visa Services

  • We provide assistance with visa applications but do not guarantee visa approval.
  • Visa approval or rejection is based on the decision of the embassy/consulate.
  • Visa processing times and requirements vary by country and are subject to changes by respective embassies.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable, even in the case of rejection.
  • Travelers must ensure they meet all entry requirements before travel.
