ABOUT ME

I’m Vineeta Mudgal, founder of Neon7 Holidays, mother to Ishaan and Kabeer, and partner to Vishal, who has stood by me through every twist, turn, and reinvention life has brought my way. I’ve travelled, explored, struggled, rebuilt, and learned. Every journey taught me that travel isn’t just about the places we see – it’s about how those places make us feel, how they shift our mindset, and how they stay with us long after we’re home. Those experiences shaped the foundation of Neon7 Holidays. It was born from life experience, resilience, and a deep desire to build something that is mine – something driven by meaning, care, and creativity.

Why I Started Neon7 Holidays

My Life, My Lens

Being a mother to two boys and juggling a family while building a business taught me patience, clarity, and emotional intelligence.
These qualities flow directly into the way I work.
I understand what families need.
I understand what couples need.
I understand what girl-groups want.
And I understand how important ‘comfort’ is for each kind of traveller.
My own travels have taken me through different cultures, landscapes, and lifestyles, and every journey added a new layer of sensitivity to how I curate experiences.
